You may wonder who we are. The truth is we are probably a lot like you. One of us lives inside the perimeter and the other one lives in the burbs. One of us is married with three step daughters and a dog and the other is married with two sons. We both work full time during the day while trying to keep up with our hectic schedule and families at night. We wish we could say we workout consistently and eat right but that would be a lie, as one of us is a total chocoholic!
We wish we could say we are totally organized, had clean homes and knew the latest and greatest in this season's fashion trends but who really has all that time? Seriously? We don't. Most days, we are lucky to find the time to shower, have makeup on our face and leave the house without a hat on. There isn't anyone to do our hair and makeup and our roots don't lie!
As we see it, we are the True Housewife of Atlanta. We are the same as you. Just doing our best to get through the day and hoping that we didn't miss or forget anything super important (like our best friend's birthday or our anniversary). To us, the True Housewife IS a daily reality and we are the ones living it. So we thought instead of saying what it isn't, why not embrace what it TRULY looks like and most importantly get a good laugh about it. Because after all in the end, isn't laughter the best revenge?
